Our only chance of any significant recovery is dependent on obtaining an attorney that would agree to file a lawsuit, AND on a contingency basis. Most attorneys won't bother with a fraudulent securities claim unless its a class action; which equals BIG returns for the lawyer and pennies on the dollar to the investors.
You can always find a lawyer to take the case, but only on an hourly basis. I couldn't afford that thanks to Kidder and Shipley's masterful strategic management. Our best bet would be to locate a young, eager attorney. I'm certain we could pursue the personal assets of Kidder and his Board, Anderson and his patent, and Directors involved in this web of lies. It would be worth taking this on even if all we'll accomplish is to prevent these incompetents from irrevocably damaging the lives of others.
Any thoughts...?
