I think the assumption you are making that MDGC has the ability to bid for anything is amazing. they have no money and unless that Alan Stillwell at FCC is willing to take MGDC certs as payment for the whitespace I dont see MDGC bidding for anything. Maybe Equiti will give back some of their certs and they can add them together and see how much whitespace you can buy for $1.72.
