When I sent a related inquiry to E*TRADE's Customer Service, this is the response that I received:

"On 11/24/2010, ENTI (ENCOUNTER TECHNOLOGIES INC) underwent a mandatory reorganization that resulted in a spin off for 2625 shares. Please log on to your account and go to Trading & Portfolios >> Portfolios >> Positions to view the position. In the meantime, if you would like to sell the stock and are unable to do so online, please contact us at the number listed below and a broker will assist you by placing the order in your account. Thank you!"

Guess I'll wait and see if they update the stock dividend to properly reflect ENTI.
