If you look at stockcharts.com the cup and handle (IMO) has begun. You can see that the small runs are starting to show improvement. I understand they were both from PR's but in a cup and handle situation it is improving. I think the .002's are just around the corner. In my opinion any PR stating substantial Capital sign ups will only increase this PPS even more. I just hope they keep the expenses to a minimum but we'll see.
