I am less concerned about his position on a r/s, and more interested about his plans for dealing with the billions of shares 'out there', and how he intends to bring that number of shares down to a more reasonable number without adversely affecting my position here.

Tony's official position on a reverse split has not changed from his previous statements of not doing a reverse split. If his position does change, shareholders will be updated.
