The only thing I posted as any kind of possibility at this point would be to start over from scratch with a new company and try again with a whole new public offering following the rules this time right from the very start (maybe merging the company with the another and changing the name). The old shares can't be salvaged no matter what happens at this point. The state of Arizona has already started a restitution fund to return money paid for shares back to people who bought them from Brian Langenbach. And after Owen, Teresa, and Johnny are found guilty the same thing will happen for all of the people who bought shares from everybody else.

And because I know you are going to say it. Even if they aren't found guilty it still won't change that the shares cannot be salvaged at this point.
