If a stock which is private and is seeking to trade to the public in the near future they would provide all the information for investors to peruse so that they would invest when the stock ipo'ed, Why is it any different here,is it a national security risk for people to know. Why shouldn't i know i still have money in this private company. Or has this private company also stopped doing any business.
