IMHO they have s similar story to many OTC stocks. Good idea, solid funding, but no concept that going from nothing to a national brand doesn't happen with $10 or $20 million. It takes $50 to $100 million. You have to either start small and grow, or get some big bucks up front.

Then egos start to get in the way and spending gets out of control (big salaries and bonuses, parties, trips) and pretty soon there's no more money and no investors willing to add to the pot.

They had some big names and some good deals, but nowhere near the funding necessary to execute IMHO. The misleading PRs and rampant hype didn't help either. I said several years ago and still believe that when a stock runs up on speculation and hype it's ultimately disastrous for the company.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
