the NYSE ratio of Up Volume to Total Volume is trending back up again in a steady manner...see the lower chart element which smooths this ratio value with the slow 233-day ema, and note the current level rests near a prior high (does a retracement % idea of the prior decline for this chart element make good sense as a consideration for Confirmation that this chart element is achieving more than a relief bounce/)
