Let me perhaps start by saying that I own still 60 million shares of this and this was, at the time, a lot of money for me.

Allow me to give some advice to whoever is interested: get over it. We have been had, but it has been 3 years since this last traded, so it is over and out. Sure ... I hope that someday someone wants to pay something for my shares, but I'm assuming that won't happen and meanwhile I'm not wasting any energy on this It's a loss, it all gone.

It surprises me that this board is still active. A lot of wasted energy it seems to me.

A lawyer won't get you anyware. It is throwing good money after bad money. I also believe that people even considering to pay new money to a lawyer will never learn.

You need to learn from this: investigate what you did wrong and how you could have avoided this. What will you do in the future to make sure this will not happen to you again? It a valuable lesson that can be learned here.

What happened is nobody's fault but your own. You could have avoided to get into this situation, but the first step is to realize that it was all your own responsability.

I personally failed to avoid getting stuck with 60 million shares, but I learned from it. I accepted my responsability and know that this will not happen to me again.

best to all!
