Hmmm. I can't really think of a single situation in which intent matters more than the ability to execute in a way that makes intent matter. "Meaning well" just isn't the same thing as "doing good"... which is true in every context.

You may be right about the ECMH managements' focus, purpose and intent, and, lacking other reason or ability to comment, now, I'll assume you are... still without thinking I have a reason to think it matters. But, in terms of a proper evaluation of ECMH as an investment candidate, the right questions to ask are not ones of the management's intentions... as much as ones of the management's ability to have what they intend... actually happen.

As far as TIMING investments... I'd not find the "intent" to not dilute nearly as compelling as the fact of dilution that IS clearly occurring... without any apparent limit.
