Hearsay is information gathered by one person from another concerning some event, condition, or thing of which the first person had no direct experience.

What you're doing is taking bits of information from legal documents and conversations with pdgood, and etc., and supposing your own conclusions and then publicizing those erroneous conclusions along with bits of fact you selectively chose.

While I understand not all of it is hearsay, I'm doing kind of what you do; I'm coming to my own conclusions regardless of the truth.
