financial crisis in 2008 definitely put a crimp in a lot of company's strategic planning, however, UGSI has never publicly told its shareholders it was going AMEX in 2009; it was only hearsay, and rumors. the big problem here is the company, although it is actually public, doesn't want to be public. in that case, andy needs to just buy the shareholders out...at lets say $0.32/share? that makes the original shareholders and most of its employees earn 4 times its money! that's fair, isn't it? HEK earns about 2.5X its investment, and all the rest of us dummies, including myself are left with a long term capital loss or break even, depending on what are average costs have been over the years. this is not and never will be a "day trading stock", so we don't have to worry about those idiots...
