Pie in the sky on miniscule volume. How can just ~$3500 in total weekly trades mean anything considering the float is scores of millions of shares? Today, only 21,000 shares changed hands and news cometh? LOL Chartistry as practiced here has been of little to no use in respect to CTGI all the way down. If anything, it showed that charts are in the eye of the beholder for such a thinly traded, lackluster, painter-prone pinkie stock.
