Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective December 6, 2010, Rich Teich will no longer serve as the Company's Executive Vice President. Due to substantially increased workloads in support of MMRPro and MMR Patient View, Mr. Teich has requested the Company enter into a new agreement with him to provide services focused on supporting the Company's products sold to healthcare professionals.
