i can not tell a lie. i'm almost embarrassed to say i had no idea abby snyder was the region 9 manager ( director). i asked to speak to david denks' superivsor and that's who got on the phone. when you speak to people from the DEC, you can hear that they are enthusiastic about jbii. it's just a matter of time.even though people have been saying that for a while, i really get that impression after talking to snyder and denks.
