Only one of them is the 5 th wealthiest Russian and part of the company . It also says that SAEI used his help to aquire the rights to the property . Which explains the unsolicitied offer because he was well aquainted with the company . This is a no brainer and all that are not in alreday will be chasing at much higher prices next week .
