I have been holding ivoi for about 2 1/2 years now and I don't know how this spin off merger is going to effect me; I have 640,000 shs, but you probably won't see anybody bidding on this until the company starts producing and selling the products. Just ask yourself if you would be willing to buy shares at .0001 if you saw the O/S at 19 billion without seeing a good flow of revenue coming in? I know I'm going to wait and see which direction this takes first before I decide to risk departing from my money; I can only assume that other investors feel the same.
