This was highlighted today by Richard Appel's pre promotion stocks as his pre promotion "gem". I'm assuming this is part of the surge in volume. The possible read is that somebody was loading up yesterday in anticipation of a coming promotion/pump. On Wednesday, TNGS reiterated the fact that they've entered into seven Petroleum and Natural Gas leases with the Alberta provincial government.
