Looks like NENE's being attempted to be shaken down. Someone in doing so must be losing their shorts. Every time the shakeout happens, NENE overcomes the shakeout then overcomes where the shakeout occured. Too many times, I've seen the bid equal the ask. This is where the rounds of attempted shakeout occur. I wonder if a big corporation is trying to get NENE's price down so they can buy it our cheaper? Who else has that much money to be able to buy enough stock to keep buying by selling their stocks below the ask price?
