From Yahoo board gentlemen:

Just spoke to Stan Larson at 10:15am minutes ago. I asked why the 10Q is being audited as it is not required to be. He stated, it is not being audited but reviewed by the accountants for release and that former TRDY execs have been slow to provide all necessary information, hence the delay. He said the 10Q is done now and may be filed by deadline of 5:30 today or by Monday AM sometime. He stated "either way, it will be out very shortly..."

Guys, I'm not BS'ing here. Do not go into the weekend without TRDY shares in hand imo!!!! Mark this post and thank me Monday.
