I am a long suffering shareholder and feel that there is something wrong here. No price has been formerly offered for our shares which is required and what valuations have been completed for the shareholders to indicate what the real value of the company is.

In my opinion anything less than $0.12 per share then management is stealing the company, given what aloc has developed and prices for telecom stocks to-day.

I think shareholders should consider banding together and if required go to the SEC with this.
