YES I NO HE WOULD NOT DILUTE THANK YOU FOR AGREEING WITH ME

BUT HE DID DILUTE, at 95%+ LESS than those prices! Look how many shares he just issued for nothing... C'mon man, you gotta make sense of this stuff if you want to get ahead in the markets. Are you even paying attention to the point here?!

The positives are always readily available, its the negatives that are hard to find.... Learning how to decipher and evaluate the impact of the negatives is the key to making/protecting $$ in the markets... especially the penny market

I was challenged and called a liar, so now im helping do the DD that you all should be doing on your own
