Most of mine are still restricted... my broker says $99.00 to get the restriction removed.

I had some latent cash in my account and bought some shares this morning just under .03. If the biofuel credit goes through, and this shoots back up, then I will use the proceeds from todays trade to get my restriction removed, and then deal with the bulk of my holdings at that time.
