I suspect that will take some time- if they even care to do it. Once a foreign company gets the stink of delisting on their shoulders it takes a pretty concerted effort to get back on NASDAQ GM. I think the bottom on this bad boy is in the $2.25-$2.50 zone, which is where it traded before it made its monumental ascent to $31 last year. I still think they're a decent play, as the share structure is still reasonable- and they have some verifiable assets and smaller contracts, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it.
