Waitedg,the theory is nice,but as you must know if you've been thru any RSs, reality does not usually follow the theory......the RSed shares you mention would not be worth .185 for long........if it comes (shudder) to a choice between voting to raise the authorized another 100 million, or undergoing a RS......we'd all better PRAY for a raise in the authorized......
to raise the auth. would be more like a 2 for 3 rs...and that's IF and AFTER those shares would actually be issued, which would be quite some time down the road.....10-Z
BTW, I assume what you must have meant is a 1 for 5 split
