with all due respect,I sense a bit of confusion in your post,perhaps my opinion on enti may help shed some light.
"uplisting immmenent"---far from it,enti just took step 1 in a lengthy process---far from immenent---devg has stated he/she is looking into the process,perhaps they can confirm
"LOC is secure"--even farther from reality----this is a LOI for a LOC---as non-binding as it gets---plus contingent to up-list anyway !
"BOD added"--may or may not mean anything----alot of times,just beer drinking buddies.
"Britto"--time will tell.
"contest"--yes,add exposure---but zero rev.
"1.75 assets"----how many times in the pinks have we all seen these notes forgiven,re-structured,settled for sevices rendered ?-----my guess,fluff only to pretty up the filing.
