Transparency is not a timeline issue it is a requirement, and it’s the same expectation that is given equally to all companies. Further robbing components from one system to complete another is not a timeline issue either, it is failure to plan ahead, and making shareholders pay for the “partnership” deal BEHL struck and yet terms as a “client” is not providing the details of such an agreement. You don’t take company assets and give them to “clients” without something in return, that is not how business works. These are not timeline issues these are management issues. Terming a shell purchase as “multi million dollar” deal is not a timeline issue, that skewing information. Failing to update the share structure and or provide shareholders with current share structure information is not a timeline issue, it is an omission, and updating the AS 4 days before signing a new amendment 4 days later is suspect, going on 45 days after the fact is plain wrong.
