Out of all the problems being expressed here at this critical juncture, your concern is the most valid on-point statement to date IMO and one that has crossed my mind many times. That concern is very likely one of the main reasons why the company isn't clanging symbols and screaming at the world at this point and may very well have much to do with the proposed marriage to a large cap entity.
