The last known filing SSPT had was their 10Q for 1st Qtr 2010 in which the SS was 950M A/S, 618M O/S. Folks have checked the Nevada SOS which states it was 4B A/S. Lets say SSPT diluted all 4B shares before the split. Post split would mean the O/S would be 40M. The PPS tanked right after the split and over 200 million shares traded yesterday. This stock is being manipulated to the extreme with air shares. The MMs have been naked shorting this immensely and the MOASS is coming soon. I picked up shares yesterday and will grab more today. Buckle up your seatbelts folks because this is going to be fun. GLTA
