I really like that buy-out scenario. That would get Ben twinkle toeing around the office.
I like what they've done with the presentation and the web page. 5 bucks a trade ain't bad as a sign post. Of course, putting it in a PR isn't what I would call advertising but then we haven't really given this ball a chance to roll yet. I'm still in process of getting my account up and running. I will say that I don't mind paying ten bucks a trade with the volumes that I trade. Security is important to me. I like the numerical keys Etrade uses to add to your password.
My take here would be that they have to offer something unique and different...find a niche market, a crack in the Wall Street machine, where they can have a cottage industry approach to investing. Nestling up to the Penny trader may be the ticket...I don't know? I don't play Pennies with regularity. But here I sit with a butt load of INIX. Go figure?
