I think this may be how it went down. Trump makes a low ball offer, Val says no way, we have got to be worth more than that. Trump says, bring in a company to look over your stuff and put a number on it. AXS comes into the picture, looks at everything, comes in even lower than Trump. Val realizes he has made a mistake and turns company into a P&D dilution machine. Could be how it went down, IMO at this point.
