Wow! CNBC just aired 'Marijuana USA.' Here's what I read online. This medical marijuana topic is huge and will only get more attention in the coming months.

Tonight (Dec. 9, 2010) on CNBC at 9 EST, Trish Regan will be hosting Marijuana USA. She will be examining the booming marijuana business once again in this new special. Regan previously hosted another documentary for CNBC titled Marijuana Inc., which was both entertaining and highly informative.

She also traveled to Colorado for the special to examine the phenomenon of medical medical. Colorado is one of 15 states that has legalized the plant for medicinal purposes.

Since the law passed in Colorado, more than 1,000 medical marijuana outlets have sprouted up in the state. These days, marijuana is a $20 billion business and the nation's largest cash crop.
