You are correct, I have seen that PR almost as much as you have.

Here is what i get, they paid 50mil in shares for the First Mil..
But katx has spent a little more than that....

Now any way you slice or dice it, SOMEBODY is Selling shares and it happens to be through Hdsn..

I would like think its not the company, I do not think it is..But when someone sells so many shares....it leaves the Financers cashing in, imho..... More power to them, geee its what they do..And if they got those shares at .05 they are not making any huge profit right now..But with obvious selling on going...well it takes the air out if you are looking to buy..Even a Momo push failed and they took their profits around nine last week or there abouts..And you are going to say restricted, yes but some is bound to have come due by now...time flys eh..

As far as uplisting goes I should never have said a word, its a personal dig of mine and it has no place in KATX's current situation.

I do think they have a good chance of results and maybe more than that, Unfortunately its back to the wait and see bit...
