And if it is, under what business name did Beneficial Holdings use to register, and who was the Officer/Director name(s) used to register.

Searching the New Jersey database did not turn up any results for name searches, however a Beneficial Holdings LLC. did turn up but that is for a company based in Florida and not Nevada.



Please help me to clarify.
