On December 15, 2010 at 2PM EST, The Evermedia Group, Inc. will host its second shareholder conference call allowing shareholders direct access to Co-Presidents Jonathan Sym and Richard Weitzel in addition to Evermedia's legal department. The discussion will follow the same format as the call hosted in August 2010. Operations Manager Robert Grannatt will moderate the discussion by presenting questions submitted by shareholders to Evermedia's management. Please note the following instructions:

Once participants information is verified and the conference call account is established, we will disseminate the call-in line and access code.
