Sharing an email response I got today from J M Heil. Quote follows.

"Ad Systems Communications filed a Chapter 11 to create time to file an appeal to a lawsuit and default judgement. The company is not expecting the outcome to either effect shareholder equity or current debt. An 8K will be filed friday."
