Correct, Thats no NI 43-101, not even close, a resource estimate at best

No Legit company is going to buy this company based on that..As your buddy doberman pointed out they can not back and do not back Any historical findings. Any real company will want a new drill program...No grading, no maps, no complete drill results...no material estimates......................................
Didn't need much time to read it did ya...

No one can get a hold of them when many tried to call the first day it hit the buzz cloud, all their phones were disconnected, their col office is empty..

They claimed to putting out a NI 43-101 and you got a resource estimate that they can not back....

And yes a history of promotions, one to note cost $500,000.00 listed below and most likey a paid promo going on now...

Its easy to get caught up in gold fever, just remember where you are and where you trade..The Wild West my Friends

Be careful of To Da Moon, complaints of MMs and shorts (most do not exist)..and ignoring anyone who doesn't agree that this is the best Company in the world....Today people played a run and took profits, when volume dried, they sold, nothing more. Many do their own DD, However they understand vol and opportunity. Lets just say they are not long...Pretty volitile for a legit company with legit results...eh.

Who knows how it will all turn out and how many swings there will be, just try not to hold any bags when the dust settles...

This is just one company and site, I am sure they do not list all

Most here know what they are dealing with, many others honestly believe...Never fall in love with a stock, Keep you eyes and ears open. Take profits or reduce your losses..

There are some real Shorters out there, it is very expensive and few and far between, Look at Short Interest as opposed to the finra bs...They do chase Paid promos and a company only needs so much publicity if you have gold and can prove it

Right now SAEI has nothing that any legit company would buy....
Becareful of Hold Hold Hold, paper profits are only that

Call me what you will, just a heads up to those who may not understand that this may indeed be more smoke and mirrors with carefully worded PRs

No Dollar today and if it ever does, it most likey won't last very long...Know what ya own. A Real company with real results doen not have this extreme volitilty, think about it...

One last........ NI 43-101 is a Canadian Standard

Some legit companies do use them for financing and legitimacy but you don't see Vale (for example) using them out side of canada..

However, many claim them for pump..Really you need a canadian Geo to be offical (to be held accountable) But a Real Geo with a verifiable history works for outside of canada...
