Nostinkinc, this is very high risk but can be very rewarding and all should do their own dd always and know and understand any company they invest in. As far as financial statements many do not have them, in fact many are just starting out.

Companies go public for financing and I agree many are scam, but many are not. People need to watch their money and know what they are investing in before they invest, always! The more any of us educate ourselves on trading the better!

And they say you can't make money on the penny stocks, I love it!
