Chris, just released a PR. He still ownes SCFR.. I think his focus is on that company, because the success of the GOTV can disprove some of the allegations.

If the SEC had a cut and dry case, they would not be releasing the GOTV shares.

Everyone who bought shares believed the products had potential an placed thier bet. Some people are getting discouraged because of the negative news which is understandable, some are waiting to see how this plays out, then you have the bottom feeders trying to pump as much unsubstantiated negative news to feed everyones fears.

Bottom line is you have two options: Sell out or wait and see how this plays out.
Court cases take months and even years. The fact that press releases on GoTv are being released is a good sign. People can use thier heads, become mindless bottomfeeders that want to spread bad rumors or get spun up an waste energy on things that may not be true.
