Most likely michaels does not own 1 share of HPON. The corporation still has some 7 billion issuable shares, which of course michaels could buy, but he won't for a variety of reasons. About 3 billion shares are outstanding, somewhere -- maybe 1 billion are owned by a few posters here. The only people voting on a reverse split are the owners of those 3 billion shares. If michaels could, he undoubtedly would want to engineer a reverse split. He can't. If he tried to, he would probably be arrested immediately as a crook. Anyway, the transfer agent would not go along with michaels' attempt to reverse. The above in my belief. Contrary opinions welcome.
