The last published O/S number that I have seen was 197,256,534 in late 2008 out of the 200,000,000 A/S.

According to that filing the Company had already committed to another
Approx 30,000,000 shares when they came available.

Thus the diluted share count is around 240M (10M shares added for BS like contractual commitments but this is a WAG)
the O/S is around 200M
and the A/S is around 200M

The Company has had NO SHARES TO SELL since the beginning of 2008!!!!!

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
