With all of the guns I own, and I own a few, I just bought my first 1911A1 a few weeks ago. I bought a budget gun after reading many chat boards, articles and reviews first. I was told that it would have trouble loading the last round in the magazine for the first 300 rounds or so and that would smooth out. However, I have not had one single problem, and it shoots like a dream. I will catch hell for this, but it feels a like a Kimber.

My stepson has yet to shoot it, but he played with it quite a bit, cycling it and practicing speed load; he said it felt much like his Kimbers.
