Since most share holders appear not willing to sell there shares...a fairly small float that could very easily be bought up, is it possible that the PPS not moving much is a reflection of this... MM's refusing to go higher at the moment, because they know they have 6 trading days before the CC and someone will sell cheapies by then and share holders refusing to sell for less than dollar land...hard for the PPS to move when its only the same few MM's exchanging shares
