This is outstanding news in my view. LTUS already has a huge amount on its plate, with the exploding pharmacy sale's business, the new building (and what that will then do for the business, place it on steriods! lol), and of course develop its blockbuster pipeline. So too, to have this much $$$$$$$$$$$ be recaptured, so to speak, is a terrific piece of balance sheet news. If we get it all back through a sale, the stock will go ape to the upside.
