Also, it is hard to trust a pinksheet stock to run in pennies before it is run. lol :) It needs real strong hands to hold your shares. Look at KAT*, it is trading at 0.06 now and went upto 0.15 at one point and their share structure is higher than IGSM.

Also, company has already filed audited financials for 2008 and 2009.
