Just like another internet company in the dot com boom, even if CDIV had not been involved with Monk's manipulation, this is just a far too stereotypical, overconcentrated area of the market.
CDIV will go the way of Homegrocer, etc. If not due to the manipulation investigation, then due to failure to do profitable business in the economic clusterbomb coming our way very soon.
