There has been a lot of speculation that Briscoe is in China to deal the AZ uranium properties.

I believe that this will never happen for the following reasons....

1) If LBSR developed the uranium properties they would need an export license from the U.S. Government to ship that uranium out of the country. It is VERY unlikely that the U.S. Government would grant such a permit ---- especially to China.

2) If China were to want to buy the AZ uranium properties they would need concurrence from the U.S. Government..... again a VERY highly unlikely occurrance.

Shut down the Pink Sheets for good. Call your congressman, FINRA, SEC, etc. Let your voice be heard so that this SCAM exchange can be shut down
