No-- please read the timeline. He states in his complaint that he received a 60-day "Termination without Cause" on/around July 14.

Is there some rule that says one must wait then until September 14th? Doesn't that seem silly on its face?

And why do you not account for Mr Weber's connection to all this?

And yes, according to his complaint he was then let go on August 9th. Perhaps this REVMA was a good thing for him to do then to help himself and/or perhaps it caused John to terminate him earlier than what was required-- fair speculation;

but you really need to read the "lawsuit stuff" to get there IMHO

otherwise it appears as an unfair subjective slant
