CSTI is causing a lot of trouble here and will be the MM to tank this.

I was playing games with them yesterday with buy and sell orders, each time I would put 1 in on either side they would put theirs .001 higher than me, and only have about 500 shares, they kept doing this blocking me out dropping the PPS down down down and not filling any of the orders, always cutting ahead, was very hard to sell any, actually ended up canceling the order, same goes for the buys.

I don't like when a stock is liquid yet you have a MM being a criminal and not filling your orders esp with such a low floater.

A stock is only as good as the MM's filling orders, if you can't get your money out, that spells trouble
